This young woman had experienced several weight gain and weight loss cycles, which over time had produced a significant excess of loose and sagging skin, with an unflattering appearance. Having established a more healthy lifestyle and a high level of fitness, her goal was to look as good as she felt and as good as she felt she deserved to look after all of the hard work that went into this accomplishment. We were able to achieve (or exceed) her goals through a body-lift procedure at Aesthetic Enhancements. She is shown before and 6 weeks after her procedure. Note that even this early after surgery, her lower scars are very well hidden by her small garment, and her belly button already looks very natural and attractive. This should only improve with time and scars continue to fade and skin color equalizes. The difference in shape seen from one side of the waist to the other is due to the natural difference in shape of her hip bones between the two sides, and can be seen in the before images as well.
