After having several children, this young woman wanted to restore a more youthful and attractive silhouette. We assisted in the achievement of these goals through mastopexy with silicone gel breast augmentation (a breast lift, or re-shaping with breast implants) and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). She is shown before, and approximately 2 months after surgery.
