I had implants replaced and breast lift done three months ago with Dr. Soto and I feel absolutely grateful I was able to find him. He masters the state of the art on plastic surgery. I had an excellent experience with Dr Soto and his staff. I was apprehensive, because being a senior citizen, I might not feel comfortable in the atmosphere. However, as an active senior, I was welcomed, and provided with all the information I needed to replace my breast implants which were 48 years old and ruptured. My options and treatment plan was explained and all questions I had were answered Dr Soto determined I was healthy and able to get the procedure I wanted!

My experience with Dr. Soto and his team was excellent. I had silicone breast implants for over 35 years and developed a rupture. While I was still happy enough with the aesthetics and size of my breasts, at my age, the last thing I wanted was to undergo surgery to replace them. However, due to the leak, I began searching for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of handling this specific issue. I was very apprehensive about surgery and nervous about the outcome. After over a year of research, reading reviews, and gathering recommendations, I finally decided to put my trust in Dr. Soto. He was upfront and honest, letting me know he would prioritize safety over size. I ended up going slightly smaller, which I was fine with, and also opted for a breast lift along with the revision, something I never thought I’d consider due to concerns about scarring. I must say, Dr. Soto did an exceptional job. The results are better than I could have imagined, and the scars are practically invisible! My recovery was remarkably easy, no nausea from the anesthesia, no pain at all, and I didn’t even need any medication. Dr. Soto’s care goes beyond surgery. He sees his patients regularly to ensure both he and the patient are fully satisfied with the results. If any issues arise, he’s there to address them , though I’ve had absolutely no problems to this point. If you’re dealing with ruptured, leaking, or problematic implants, I can’t recommend Dr. Soto enough. He’s a true specialist in this area and incredibly advanced in his field.
