I am overall so happy with my results, everything I asked from Dr.Soto he delivered. In addition, the staff here is extremely friendly. Walked in as a patient and leaving a friend. They answered any all questions I had, they guided me through the pre-op and post-op procedures and help me decide what size I wanted. Just overall an amazing experience! Everyone is 10/10 but just want to give me a special shoutout to nurse Shelby Peterson who’s been nothing but a doll to me and has been there for me guiding through every which way. My Wife’s Confidence Has Skyrocketed – Thank You, Dr. Soto My wife had a 360 lower body lift in June 2025 after losing 160 pounds — something she worked incredibly hard to achieve. Life-Changing Experience with Dr. Soto – Beyond Grateful! After losing 160 pounds, I never imagined that removing the loose skin would even be possible — but I finally made it happen with a 360 lower body lift performed by Dr. Soto on June 30th. I was proud of my weight loss journey, but the excess skin took a toll on my confidence, especially around my legs. My stomach was my first priority, but I had no idea that this procedure could improve my stomach, legs, and backside all at once. Dr. Soto also repaired my abdominal muscles, and that has made a huge difference in both my core strength and overall definition. I truly can’t believe the results. I’m beyond happy. My recovery was smooth and seamless. Dr. Soto saw me in the office every single week for six weeks. He’s incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely cares — from creating the most perfect bellybutton to crafting a scar that honestly looks like artwork: smooth, light, straight, and so low it disappears under a bathing suit. Every appointment, I came with a list of questions, and not once did I feel rushed. He answered everything thoughtfully and even encouraged me to ask more. He took his time, made me feel heard, and helped me feel confident at every step. And his staff? Absolutely amazing. The women in his office are kind, funny, comforting, and make you feel right at home. The office itself is super cute, and the entire vibe is warm and welcoming. I just had my 2nd surgery with Dr. Soto and I could not be happier with the results. I had a breast augmentation with a lift and told him what I wanted to look like and he exceeded my expectations. I trust him and his staff implicitly and love that he truly listened to what I wanted with both of my surgeries. The entire staff provide such a positive atmosphere and are so friendly all the time! I will always be grateful that I chose Dr. Soto for my surgeries and highly recommend him!!!
After researching tummy tuck options following the birth of my fourth child, I felt confident enough to call this practice in January 2024 to schedule a consultation. Like many moms, I was feeling vulnerable and self-conscious about my body. A tummy tuck felt like the next step to help me regain my confidence. Sadly, I never got past the phone call. The woman who answered asked a few questions, including my height and weight. I told her I was 5'4" and 235 lbs. Her tone immediately changed, and she told me they couldn’t schedule a consultation because they don’t see patients with a BMI over 30. I was shocked. I wasn’t just seeking cosmetic help, I was beginning a personal healing journey. To be dismissed so quickly, without compassion or support, really crushed me. I never forgot how that call made me feel. It’s taken me this long to write this because the experience stuck with me. But please don’t feel sorry for me, 2024 turned out to be a transformative year. I’ve since lost 121 pounds and feel stronger than ever. I’m not writing this to criticize the surgeon, I never even met him. I’m writing to raise awareness. I understand medical policies exist, but there’s a more sensitive way to communicate them. A kind word, some guidance, or even offering resources would have made a huge difference. People calling for consultations are often already feeling vulnerable. A little compassion can go a long way. This review isn’t to be negative, it’s just honest. I hope it encourages more empathy in how these conversations are handled.

Hi there. We are always grateful to receive the honest feedback of the people who contact or visit our practice, and are sorry we didn't meet or actually exceed your expectations. Having done a little research on this subject, it appears your call was handled by a staff member who is no longer with us and indeed was struggling to meet our internal expectations for performance. Sometimes the old adage that "it's hard to find good help" does apply- but in any case we are very sorry your experience and first impression of us was affected this way. It is true that plastic surgery is not ever a good idea for patients who are significantly over weight (BMI above 30), and is best considered a body contour/shape solution after weight loss. This has been our policy for many years, because the fact is that surgical procedures carry significantly more risk for patients above this range, and our goal for every single patient we see is to first prioritize their safety. But it sounds like she should have communicated this to you much more gently and kindly. It is also a fact that we have now integrated a weight loss clinic into our practice, so that we no longer need to turn nice people like yourself away- we simply help them lose the weight first, and then they benefit from a courtesy reduction in fees for their desired body contouring surgery. I would also congratulate you on your dramatic weight loss. I'm sure you are much happier and healthier at this point. So again, I am very sorry you were treated this way and would love yo have the opportunity to recover your esteem. I came here for a consultation originally for a BBL or some type of treatment similar and we did the consultation he looked me over and we decided that’s not what I needed he went over that what I needed was a lower body lift 360 due to the weight loss I had. And basically to remove the extra skin to put everything back where it should be since the extra skin was making everything hang lower. So we did a lower body lift 360 and he was great and worked with the issues that I had with needing a midline prior to surgery due to not being able to be an easy stick for an iv line needle to be put in due to my small and zigzag veins and he worked with me and actually knew what one was because the prior place I went prior to him that I was gonna get surgery which thankfully I did not did not even know what one was which is so scary! So that was a red flag right away from Mia aesthetics. But this guy Dr. Soto he knew automatically what one was and he agreed upon it and we did the surgery. He and Sheila made me feel super comfortable and safe prior and right before having the surgery.I am now about four months out everything looks great I love the results I love the friendliness, I love just everything about this place! I highly recommend it if you’re looking into altering or I think I’d rather say upgrading and improving your body and making sure it’s done correctly the first time! I would definitely recommend Dr. Soto! He’s awesome and very friendly, knowledgeable, and if you look at his wall he has so many medical certificates it’s like insane! But besides that he’s a great cosmetic surgeon and it has been a journey for sure, but it has been a very pleasant one to say the least! He will tell you what you need done, what you need to do, and what needs to be fixed, and how to fix it! I promise there is no other doctor I have been to and I’ve had procedures before him that is as awesome as Dr. Soto,and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to everyone that wants to go under the knife as they say! But the staff they are amazing they’re friendly both Kelly’s are awesome and the newer one I met a month about after the surgery not sure her name so I apologize to her but she’s great too! Sheila though is super nice and when I had my surgery I remember she was there at the bedside when I woke up and I didn’t even realize I had the surgery I asked her when it was happening and she said oh honey it already happened and I was like oh my gosh but that will be a memory I will never forget lol! They are just as sweetest! So GREAT STAFF, GREAT DOCTOR ( DR ARMANDO SOTO) and GREAT RESULTS! They will be with you every step of the way though your journey here and make you feel like family! This May, I had a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Soto. I was a little worried at first because I didn't see any implant sizes; however, Dr. Soto and his team did an amazing job. More than amazing. I brought in the picture I wanted, and he gave me exactly that. I have a 550cc implant under the muscle at 5'10". The implants look real without being too big for my frame, and I barely have any scarring considering the invasive procedure. Shelby was my post-care nurse. Loved her so much. Super responsive to any questions I had right away. The level of care Dr. Soto and his team provide is holistic. Because I'm an athlete, I had a few more complications with timing for surgery and the healing process. Dr. Soto's team worked around my schedule with grace. Over all I had a fantastic experience and have recommended Dr. Soto to anyone who has asked.
The nurses , staff, and Dr Soto were all amazing. Dr Soto took his time to answer all my questions and explain my options. I had a lower body lift . The day of surgery I was petrified ! Nurse Shelby reassured me that she would not leave my side and all would be fine . I am in love with my results ! The first week was the hardest , just like Dr. Soto explained . It’s been 6 weeks and i have no regrets. I’m extremely happy !
I was introduced to Dr Soto by my daughter in law who had some previous work done. I came in expecting to get a face lift and Dr Soto said I did not need a facelift, instead he recommended a deep laser facial resurfacing. I could not be more happy with the results, so much better than I ever expected! I travel 3.5 hrs to see Dr Soto and believe me I will not go to any other Dr but him. Dr. Soto will tell you right away that he’s not a magician, but after having such a great experience with such wonderful results, I am beginning to doubt that. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and professional… as are his staff members. That’s a rare combination these days! If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t consider any other surgeon ever - period.
