I highly recommend Dr. Armando Soto and his staff. The experience and my results exceeded all my expectations. I was so pleased with my MyEllevate neck lift results that I came back a year later, at 65, for a TT (tummy tuck). It was perfect timing because over the course of the year, I finally reached my desired weight. I am thrilled with the outcome of my TT, which is nothing less than amazing. As with the other cosmetic surgery offices I visited, there is an initial consultation fee that is applied toward your procedure when you proceed. At my initial consultation with Dr. Soto, I knew right away I was going with him. This meant forfeiting the consultation fees I had paid at the other doctors' offices I had visited beforehand. This is understandable; their time is money, and they all have their office and staff to support. It was also well spent to learn that Dr. Soto was the best choice. The next step was to get my medical clearance from my primary doctor to set a surgery date. As a patient, I found Dr. Soto to be a very caring Doctor. He asked me about my expectations and explained what he could do. He listened to me, and at every visit, he always made sure that all my questions were answered, so I didn’t leave with any lingering doubts. They also have a patient app you can log into, which has a wealth of information. For both procedures, I received excellent pre- and post-care instructions. I took their instructions seriously and followed them precisely to achieve my best results. I am thankful to my husband for helping me with this. At the end, I couldn’t be any happier with my results, which are very significant yet appear completely natural.

Consultation, pre-op appointment and surgery day went smoothly. Questions were answered timely and post-op appointments were consistent where I got to see my progress of my breasts setting after my breast augmentation. I was very satisfied with the size and shape select for my frame and body anatomy. I have very natural results how I envisioned and my surgeon matched my desired picture well 😍. I also need to say early post- post there is a commitment to do breast massages that need to be followed for the results! I am happy with my progress so far at month #4.

I was referred to Dr Soto after having a breast reduction that went wrong! Dr Soto was able to give me back breast fullness, cleavage, and symmetry that looks completely natural! One of the best skills he has is with scarring…. After just 6 weeks the lines are so smooth and flat and barely noticeable! Dr Soto has the best “bedside manner” making you feel comfortable and listens to your goals. The staff is excellent also… someone on call at all times to answer any questions!
