I waited a few weeks to write this review because I truly wanted to find the right words to express how thankful and grateful I am for Dr. Armando Soto and his entire team. First, a huge thank you to Kellie, the surgery coordinator. From day one, she literally held my hand through the entire decision-making process. She answered every single question, eased my anxiety, and facilitated everything so seamlessly even when I was calling multiple times a day for weeks. Her patience, kindness, and constant support meant more to me than she probably realizes. Now, to Dr. Armando Soto a HUGE thank you for your incredible work and for helping me finally look the way I feel. I am 35 years old and a mom of two, both delivered via C-section. Despite being fit, active, and living a very healthy lifestyle, I struggled for years with a C-section shelf that simply didn’t reflect the effort I put into my body or how I felt inside. People often told me they wished they had my body, but I knew how hard I worked, and that one area always made me unhappy. It took me years to finally make the decision to do something surgically, and I am so thankful I trusted Dr. Armando Soto. We did liposuction on my abdomen, love handles, and lower back, along with Renuvion (which I highly recommend to any mom concerned about skin elasticity). The results are truly night and day. We also did a C-section scar revision. I was initially nervous because the new scar would be longer, but it doesn’t even compare to what I had before. I honestly look and feel amazing. Dr. Armando Soto truly has magic hands. Beyond his incredible surgical skills, his bedside manner is unmatched. Every consultation and every question was met with patience, kindness, and reassurance. I also want to give a special thank you to Kaitlyn, one of Dr. Soto’s nurses. She was there for me during my most vulnerable post-op moments and treated me with so much compassion and care. She helped me when I couldn’t help myself and did so with genuine kindness and grace, something I will never forget. Another huge thank you to Ana, who was truly my ride-or-die. She helped me put on my fajas like a champ, cleaned my incisions and stitches, and was always so sweet and attentive. And lastly, Kelly at the front desk deserves a shout-out as well. She genuinely makes my day every time I walk in for an appointment, always so sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. I am beyond grateful to finally feel like myself again, the woman I was before having children. I love being a mom, but I was a woman first, and thanks to Dr. Armando Soto and his team, I finally look the way I feel inside. If you are considering plastic surgery and want a doctor you can truly trust, I cannot recommend Dr. Armando Soto and his team enough.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my breast augmentation from Dr. Soto ! The consultation and pre surgery process was thorough but easy to understand. The surgery was quick, I was home within a few hours and on my feet that night. The recovery was relatively painless after the first few days, no drains required and felt almost back to normal in 3 days. Dr. Soto and his staff are exceptional. I had breast implants for 17 years. I wanted them explanted not replaced with that decision came some concerns. I needed to make sure I was in the hands of an experienced plastic surgeon, board certified, practicing in my local area for many years, and knowledgeable in explanting because my implants were encapsulated. It was extremely important that I felt comfortable with my surgeon, that he was honest, that I could ask questions and that his surgical recommendations was the best options for my situation. I wanted to feel emotionally content with the after results considering I was accustomed to my implants for so long. I absolutely loved the entire process, the pre and post op safety measures, the open communication and the care of my surgeon and his staff. I had a consult with another surgeon. Dr. Soto professionalism, bed side manners, office cleanness, caring staff made the decision super easy. I found everything I needed and more peace of mind above all. I highly recommend Dr. SOTO.
I am overall so happy with my results, everything I asked from Dr.Soto he delivered. In addition, the staff here is extremely friendly. Walked in as a patient and leaving a friend. They answered any all questions I had, they guided me through the pre-op and post-op procedures and help me decide what size I wanted. Just overall an amazing experience! Everyone is 10/10 but just want to give me a special shoutout to nurse Shelby Peterson who’s been nothing but a doll to me and has been there for me guiding through every which way. My Wife’s Confidence Has Skyrocketed – Thank You, Dr. Soto My wife had a 360 lower body lift in June 2025 after losing 160 pounds — something she worked incredibly hard to achieve.
